Corporate music is failing us.

So I feel like every time I try to sign up for a new music creation subscription, the support within the companies is nonexistent. I don't want to get into a fight here, but I bought an M-Audio Controller on Amazon the other day and tried to register it on the M-Audio website. Sounds pretty simple, right? WRONG!!

So I didn't get very far. I tried to log in to my account, and it seems as though I am already signed up for an M-Audio account, but when I request a new password for my account, I never receive a password reset email. I then asked for a support ticket to be raised to solve this problem, but no one contacted me, and then I received an email stating that the ticket was closed because of inactivity. WTH!!?? I was never contacted to solve this issue. And now I have to open another ticket to try and register or get any kind of service?

I've hit this problem a few times recently whether it's because of mergers or takeovers or whatever. the customers seem to be getting shafted.

I feel Like systems such as the M-Audio website aren't working because the companies trying to save money. I guess there is no real-time support for companies like M-Audio anymore. AI is in control and AI is dropping the A-Ball.
